Bricked my 9530

Hope someone can help me with this. I've bricked my Blackberry Storm.

Bought a new battery and USB cable hoping they would help but to no avail.

I downloaded the latest version from Verizon, and rand the LOADER /NOJVM. Works up until it resets (hung in a loop, resets every thirty seconds).

I've tried JL_Cmder, Loader, BBSAK, and BBMCP. None seem to work. I select WIPE, and when it reboots, it shows the theme that I had on the Storm before it bricked. Wipe doesn't seem to take.
If I remove the battery they recognize the BB Pin # and seem to take, but the reboot shows it back to the original theme.

When I bricked my phone I did this to restore it:
1) Made sure I had the OS I wanted installed on my computer
2)Installed the USB software from the Blackberry Site (this allows the Loader to see a Blackberry Device, just not yours specifically)
3) Connected the Blackberry, ran Loader, it saw the blackberry as just a blackberry connected through USB
4)Installed the OS on my phone and did like 2 batt pulls to get everything back in order

Same thing. "Application loader is unable to connect to your device".
I downloaded the latest OS version from Verizon for the phone, and installed the latest USB software as well.

Same thing. When I pull the battery out and leave it plugged into the USB, all I get is a screen with a battery on it and a diagonal line thru it. No error message comes up. Resets about every 25 seconds. Still shows theme I had on there before the brick.

Well I tried it on a different computer, now it is not rebooting constantly. But it shows a battery with a lightening bolt thru it on a white screen. Nice change of pace from the rebooting.

Can anyone offer up what steps I should take now?
