    My storm just took a crap majorly. Need help asap. Screen wont turn on anymore before that i lost my mms and browser. Need help please

    First thing to do is pull out the battery, leave it out for about 30 seconds. Tell us what happens after that. What OS are you running?

    have you tried to boot in "safe" mode yet

    press and hold escape key during boot up to activate

    neither one worked the hard keys light up but no screen activity

    Sounds like it is time to wipe and load. I hope you have a recent backup.

    Ok followed that and the screen is still black. The back light comes on but nothing else.

    Just tried wiping it also no success. Still just the back light.

    I lost my browser, as normal, and mms for the first time when I upgraded last night but when I woke up it was fine. No screen issues though.

    all those posts..did anyone bother to look and see HIS SCREEN ISNT WORKING? why so quick to say upgrade, wipe, new os.

    OP you phone needs replaced whether its warrenty or its insurance no amount of wiping and reloading will bring your screen back
