Storm 9530, it has all the updates and 5.0 operating system. Bluetooth was working until this week. When I go to manage connections and activate it, I get the Bluetooth symbol but not the flashing blue light. My WIFI/Bluetooth sniffer does not detect it and the programs that it was paired with do not find the phone. After a few minutes the Storm flashes, �Failed to connect to B0024E8C7D300�. I Googled that but nothing came up. Verizon tech tried the usual stuff, battery pull and updates, but was unable to correct it and wanted to do a �wipe�. Before I let them try that, I wanted to check with this forum for a solution. Thank you.
