hey guys. i tried blocking a specific email that keeps flooding me with junk via outlook but it's still being forwarded to my storm even after I set up a filter with the subject line. can i somehow add a firewall to block that address? or something? I get like 15 emails a day just from this spam

You can log onto you BIS account online and set a "sender" filter. It will take care of it.
