Blackberry Storm start up "Reset" Problem.

Basically, this phone is in a loop, it turns on and off until the battery dies and it goes to the start up screenw here it shows the bar and blackberry logo...it loads around 5% or even less and jumps to a white screen with some unclear writin' and it say's "Reset", and help? I can't wipe it as it's comes on and off, and it has a password, I keep typin' it in but to my avail it keep sayin' incorrect password.....:S
