    I was just wondering, once the Blackberry Storm comes out for Verizon Wireless, do you think production of the Blackberry Pearl will stop?

    I don't think the production of the Pearl will stop. That makes no sense as the Storm is in a class of its own. The price however might drop.

    Price may drop, but production won't stop. Pearl and Storm have two different target markets.

    Not to offend anybody, but my perception of the pearl is more of teens entry level pda. That's why i think the pearl production won't stop.

    I highly doubt they'll stop production on the pearl because its perfect for people who want a smartphone, but aren't really business minded. And its also one of the best selling BB's of all time.

    The Pearl will not stop. They are in a different class and VZW probably wont have a problem with having 3 Blackberry models.
