I just got dis yestaday n i need to know why it doesnt play my ringtones n only tha music i recorded? I also need to know where is my alarm clock?

You set ringtones by going through profile icon

Well i cant read the instruction book because i cant read English. I know 22 Languages so it's very hard for me.

Should work, as the responder said you can access the setting under profiles which you access with the Speaker icon in potrait mode, OR with the Sounds icon on the homescreen.
