For some reason my 'A' is where my 'Q' was, and 'W' is where my 'Z' was. I have no idea how I did this or how to get it back to normal, any ideas?

    Go to

    1. Options
    2. Language
    3. Change "Keyboard Layout" to "Automatic"

Hopefully that fixes it. It might be set to either QWERTY, AZERTY, or QWERTZ and that could be ur problem...

May be a suggestion you've already done or thought of, but try a battery pull. I have the same problem, where my keys try to arrange themselves in suretype layout even though i have the phone horizontally.

Go to setup folder, run the setup wizard. At the end you'll get an option to setup your keyboard, it can be set to run A-Z like yours is now, or QWERTY like is normal for a computer keyboard.
