Whats sad Marty, is that some poor sucker is gonna see it and say "I gotta have it" and is gonna get screwed out of a G stack. I hate scammers and this is why Id never buy a pre release or unlocked phone thats very sought after from Ebay. Id be more than happy to sell someone pictures of the storm for $950...I will even include overnight shipping

I do not think I would buy that even if I had the money. It would a total rip. Some people are just predators on ebay. They just want to take you for a ride when it comes to tech like the Storm or Jav. I know there are some people who have to be the "first" to have the next big thing. However, I am not one of those types. I prefer to wait for the real item to come out.

I reported it. That is a load of crap. Even if it is real, it's stolen. I sure would not want RIM or Verizon coming after me for trying to activate a stolen device!!!
