Blackberry Storm 9530 Original Settings back????

so i have a blackberry storm 9530 and i had it flashed or unlocked whatever to PAGE PLUS CELLULAR...i went to verizon wireless attempting to connect my phone back to verizon and they had to master reset my phone so everything went ok the phone is linked back to verizon the number is active every little information of my phone including esn phone id everything is connected but the verizon signal wont come in to my phone!! the guy told me that maybe because my plan with pageplus is still active or maybe the software that the people i took it to get it flash is still on my phone...so my question is can that be the problem that my phone has different settings ??? can i reverse this and put the original verizon settings to my phone so that my data plan come connect to my phone??????? ....PLEASE HELP!!!....
