    i get a new Storm 9530 and i put 210 songs in it with memory card, Out of these Songs only 5 songs play rest of them showing Unsupported format what the this is, its too frustrating for me.I also delete BBthumbs.dat files when i store songs on memory card,

    whats happening here please help me.
