It's a custom font if I recall. I don't think it can be found on the net.

I have searched too. It looks probablly like that may be some type of converted font that could be just a piece of artwork and not a font at all in the logo. On RIM's sight they list their official fonts, but they are not the ones used on the logo.

i'm sure its a font not artwork, if you downloaded one of there pdf files and check the properties you'll see the font's name.
check out this pdf
h-ttp[:]//www[.]rim[.]com/newsroom/media/gallery/pdfs/Bold_9650_Specifications.pdf

i think there are some applications can extract fonts from the pdf file, if someone know a good applications it would be great if he share it with us

this article explaining how to export fonts from a pdf file but unfathomably its for linux only h-ttp[:]//init[.]sh/?p=13

Hmm, similar - thanks. Anyone know what font is used on the buttons? I need to create a vector Blackberry for work and don't relish the idea of drawing those letters by hand. :P

Yeah, I'm still holding out for the logo font. The "r"s are a bit different.
