I bought this phone from craigslist and have it activated on pageplus (witch gets internet) but everytime i want to set-up my email is saids taht the pin is already in use. I tried calling verizon but they said that only the previous owner can unlock the pin... but the owner wont reply back is there another way to release the pin or change it so that I can receive emails?
Ah, another sad story. You should have read the posts here before you bought on Craigslist. You would have seen many, many posts from very unhappy people. And learned how to go about buying from Craigslist if you felt the need. Enough preaching. You need the original Verizon owner of the phone to reset the BIS website. Good luck
