I changed my blackberry email name for the second time. Now my phone wont recognize the change, the icon is still from the old email address. I deleted the icon, how can I get it back with the new email address. Also when I go to messages, hit the bb button and go to message alerts it still shows my old email address not the new one. When I go to email wizard it shows the new email I created. The new email works, but there is no icon and it seems the phone is still recognizing the old one as well. Hope that was not too confusing
have you tried resending service books from your phone, or even better from your online account portal with your PC. I dont know what the address is for verizons site, but for most carriers its something like; carrier.blackberry.com
