Where do i find my username for my BIS login, I tired to add a filter for my gmail account and it would not let me log in. Then when I requested to have my password sent to me the message said no username exists!?!?! So i decided that I would try and enter my pin to create a new username but it said the pin already had a user name even though 2 sec earlier it said that there was no username.

Any help on what to do or where to find my username.

I know I have one because I set up e-mail on my device but my brain is farting trying to figure out what Im missing.

Sounds like your account has been locked by BIS. I suggest a quick call to TECH SUPPORT & they should be able to unlock it & reset your password.

nevermind I just remembered that I can do it from the device

I had this exact problem. Go into setup and then to email settings. In there click the menu and then go to "Create Account" not the "Create New Account" which will ask you for an new email account. This should ask you to make a new user name and then enter a password and that account should be your BIS account.
