    I haven't received any email in 4 hours and I know I've gotten some from my gmail account.

    Is anyone else having problems with their email?

    several posts on this. yes, there is an intermittent issue at the moment. only seems to affect some people.

    BIS is having issues according to VZW tech support, although I question their knowledge. I asked them why my phone touch screen does not respond properly when on a flat surface and he told me to use *228 and program my phone and that would fix it. Seriously? Was I born yesterday. On the phone with tech support again.

    it all runs through blackberry regardless. its possible its a major issue that affects multiple carriers

    No!.....I figured it out.

    I just called ATT.

    The fix is easy....at least for me on my Bold.

    I went to options, advance options, then to service book, delete the email address (there are two, CICAL and CMIME).

    Then, wait a min. (don't exit) and you'll see the email account (times 2, CICAL and CMIME) on top.

    And that's how ATT resest it. You'll get a confirmation/test email and once you get it, all should be good.
