I'd rather just suffer than call Verizon. I don't want some "tech support" person going through a checklist of things for me to do on my phone...I know it's not a problem with my phone..

You don't have to request tech support, you can just ask them if they've had any complains or if the systems show any data outages in the area you're calling from. They'll answer those questions without issues.

Civic, just spoke to Verizon, and they said Texas is having a big data outage right now, and they don't know when it is going to be fixed.
