For some reason I am losing my connection to BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) for no good reason. There is a symbol on the page where you can input a web address to the left of the "open lock" symbol which when connected the box is solid and not solid when not connected. The two ways to reconnect it are either a battery pull or by going into setup > manage connections > and to turn on and off the mobile network.
Has anyone else experienced this and have any suggestions to end this problem?
