Went to a best buy mobile and the customer rep said that the phone is unlocked already but it just need a software installed to be unlocked and i thought to myself that it was suppose to be an unlock code in order to have it work on other carriers. but anyways im still debating to buy the storm because im not sure if the other people that says they unlocked it it telling the truth. i would switch to verizon but i dont want to break my contract. what you guys think?
umm the storm is carrier locked without a doubt. It comes with a sim to use in other country's in which case you call in to get a unlock code. Its a verizon exclusive they wouldn't sell a unlocked phone.
