    Verizonwireless said to use backupassistant, but I do not see the Q on the list of phones.

    I have been using activesync so would that work for transferring contacts to the storm?

    Or any other suggestion?

    Let the Verizon store do it for you.....thats what I did to move my contacts from Moto Q to Storm!!!

    I think the bb desktop manager might be able to transfer the contacts, it can from the palm software

    Thanks I got my storm last night and did not load the programs yet (I knwo what am I waiting for ). I will load them and see what is there.

    Yes it will transfer from a WinMo Phone also.
