    Shouldn't I be seeing HTML email from my BES server?

    I get HTML from BIS with my other email account with no problems at all, but not on my business email via BES.

    Any ideas why? I think we may be a couple versions behind on BES, could that be it?

    Or am wrong that BES is supporting HTML email as well as BIS?

    Your company must be using the latest version of BES in order to have HTML.
    It needs to be BES 4.1 Service Pack 6 or 4.1.6

    If your company uses bps instead of bes it won't work either.
