I am wanting to use Live Tracker but get this message when I send and try to retrieve the info;

Warning: The requested ID does not exist in our database.

What does 'ID does not exist in database' mean?
This means your mobile phone was not able to send your location to our server yet. Please try to deactivate the BES/BIS autodetection in 'Options' and make sure your BlackBerry� has GPS reception. Your ID and GPS location is only sent to our server once the LiveTracker mobile client could obtain a GPS position fix and successfully send it to our server.

Can't find the BES/BIS auto-detection in Options. Can anybody help?

Is that an option in the LiveTracker options? I'm not finding it in the regular BB options.

In Options, Advanced Options, GPS, do you have it set to E911 only or Location on?
