bb storm won't video on web page

when i click on a video that i want to watch on a page i get a black screen saying The current media can not be played from the network. save it first for local playback. then i press ok on the screen and i get another message stating that an error has occurred attempting to play media. can anyone help me as to why i can't view?

maybe the video is not compatible with the phone. I get this error a lot on my 9550

The video probably is embedded Adobe Flash format, which is not supported by any BlackBerry handset OS.

I was able to view it before and this week my phone has been acting up. now i have to pull my battery to get my phone to ring on alerts if i don't i'll get a call but my phone won't ring and etc.
