    Can someone please help ...

    I bought a new and unlocked BB Storm from the US (I live in the UK). It arrived this morning and sure enough when I put my sim card it it recognised it and it worked fine.

    However, when I logged into my Blackberry Internet Service to change the device from the BB Bold to the new Storm, I was asked for the device PIN and it's IMEI. When I clicked submit I got a message saying the information was not valid for this service provider. I use Orange in the UK.

    Please please help
