hi I have a BB Storm 9530. the screen was cracked so I replaced it. Screen is functioning perfect, however the buttons are not. The end key is not functioning as it should and the back/return key only brings up the dial pad and starts calling numbers, which I cannot end calls! I replaced the keypad and still no luck, no change. I have pulled the battery, tried to get into safe mode by holding the return key and it will not work. i have done a wipe and now I am lost as to what to do next. There has not been water damage. The phone did sit for about 6 months with a cracked screen in my drawer not being used but even with a cracked screen all was still functioing correct except parts of the touch screen. All buttons worked perfect until changing the screen. Any ideas or help would be greatly appriciated!!!
I have also noticed the lock screen and sound off buttons on the top arent working either if this makes a difference. I can't even turn my phone off properly. UGH!
