Hi i got a BB storm 9530 That it won't turn on.
Replace with new battery and still won't turn on only a red light flash for 10 seconds.
i took it to the store and they said is a hardware problem nothing i can do just to buy a new phone.
can anyone help me to fix it.

That could well be the case, but you can try this....

you may try to start in safe mode....worked for me a long time ago. I think you turn the phone off, pull the battery, reboot and when that first red light goes off immediately hold the return key until the phone boots.....You may have to reload the OS if the problem keeps up.
