So i am with the VODAFONE 9500
and with .122..
battery usage is 3-4% per hour.

.122 works great.

There must be something that is draining your battery
have you recently installed any new applications?

are ya sure it can run for 3 days and only go down to 50%???
mine is only a couple weeks old, and I upgraded to .141 last week, and it's battery life is not horrible, but it can't last for more than a full day...
I only use it for blackberry messenger, a little or no browsing, a little sms, and phone calls, and it's always on vibrate...

I'm still using .113 & have to charge my Storm every night but pretty heavy user, use E-mail, BBM, SMS, Calls, Browser a lot during the day also running socialscope (twitter & facebook), viigo, facecall, Berryweather, worldmate live & berry popup in the background....so i expect to charge every nigh, no problem.

oh, right, I guess the messenger and browsing do drain battery then... and 3g in a good signal area won't be a problem at all I think...
That make sense...

Hey guys i am have a Blackberry 9500 storm and vodafone SIM in it.I don't know why the battery gets dry twice a day.
i tried everything possible to tackle this problem but nothing worked.
I also tried a security wipeout and memory cleaning but still no change.

Now i downgraded my phone OS to 4.7 but still the same problem is there.

PLEASE HELP ME!!

I recommend you to send it to technical support, this worked for me, I did recieve a new BB from them.

If you don't have warranty, get a new battery to check that it's not a problem from the device. If you still have drain problems with your battery, buy a new mobile.

I had a similar “issue” and it wasn’t until I turned off the Blue Tooth that I would start to get decent battery life.

If your Blue Tooth is on, de-activate it. Turn it on only when needed…

Cheers!!
