    So, my BB Menu button seems to work when it feels like it, At first it worked most of the time, now it does NOT work most of the time.

    I have turned off, pulled battery twice and it actually has gottem worse each time. Any thoughts?

    Decided to give it one last reboot... now it's working fine...

    I'll let you know if it regresses again.

    So, after 2 days, the Menu button is still working only about 30% of the time. Have to press it 2, 3 or 4 times to get the menu to come up. Bummer

    good luck with an exchange ... i tried for my screen not clicking and they said not a good enough reson for them to give me a new one
