I can't seem to get my BB email addy back after upgrading to 5.0. I've sent several service books but it comes up with an old BB addy I had. anyway to get it back or to reset so I can recreate that particular addy. Pls help. Thanks in advance for responses

Try logging into the Blackberry service from a PC and from there you can check your email accounts and edit them if you have too. Then under the HELP link on the left side of the page, you can re send your service books which will make your email addresses work.
