Hi, my battery ran flat so i put it on charge and the phone stays on but battery wont charge! replaced battery, which worked fine for a couple of weeks but when the battery ran flat it wont charge up. is there anything i can do to get it to charge instead of buying another battery?

You should never use a BlackBerry battery to the point the phone shuts down. That will significantly shorten the battery's life. If that's what you've done repeatedly, then you may well need a new battery. However, doing that once or twice to a new battery shouldn't kill it right away. How are you trying to charge it? If via USB, try a wall-charger. If by wall-charger, try a different wall-charger.
+1 for Jeff's comment. The charger that ships with the Storm actually delivers more power than the USB standard.
Hooking your Storm to a computer via microUSB cable or using another charger can be enough to keep it charged, but if the battery gets too low you'll need the OEM charger.
