I'm usually forced to leave my BB on charge when I'm at my desk just so I've got enough juice to get me through the day. If I'm lucky I can get the phone to last for 48 hours before it really starts beeping at me. I make 3 or 4 calls a day, I get email and FB updates and don't really use the browser.
Is it worth getting a larger capacity battery? If so; do I need to get the BB official one or is an eBay jobby acceptable?
you'd obviously benefit from a better battery cap but ebay is not the best place to get one, try crackberry shop or blackberry.com. Some batteries off ebay will ultimately be worse than your current battery and 48hrs is pretty good going for a bb. Close fb app, it's a battery drain.
