so i charged my storm all night last night and took it off the charger around 11am. it was almost dead by 2pm and i was at work with it just sitting in my pocket, maybe sent 4 sms messages. so i get home and put it on the charger and it charges a little bit, i take it off for a while and go to the store, by the time i get back it says LOW BATTERY! so i put it on the charger at 6:30. 2 hours later its only at 10%. what gives?
Which OS are you using? I had good battery life with 75, worse with 86, and best now on 90. Never as bad as you are describing but switching to a different OS may help. I would check to make sure you're not leaving apps open though.
no apps open other than the 4 or 5 that are always open and im on 75. ive had the phone for a week and it kind of seems that the battery has been getting worse the last couple days and today its just ****ed.
yep, thats a battery pull. looked around and found out this may be a software glich take it back to verizon and see if they can help or replace your phone for you.
well i just did a battery pull, and it was at 15% battery before the pull, and 30% after. weird. hopefully it gets better, if not, ill be at verizon tomorrow.
I had this problem for a while too. Sometimes my it would hold the charge for days and others it was gone in 4 hours. I deleted apps that were streaming data and I make sure to close all my apps after I'm done--seems to be doing the trick since its been 2 days now without a charge and I've been playing with it just as much as always. Its only down 2 bars now
