It seems if I set down my storm too hard or sometimes just from moving around in my pocket the battery door pops off. It doesn't feel very secure when I put it on anyway. Like it doesn"t click in as easily as it should. Is this common? Should I approach vzw for a new battery cover?

yea thats what I would do cause my battery cover stays on just fine i havent had it fall off yet.

mine too and i have a half inch of paper under it lol

Make sure the two tabs click in securely. I took my battery cover off today and did not seat it all the way back in, and it felt loose.
