    Hi.

    I'm trying to do a normal device backup but it errors saying:

    "Error backing up databases"

    It does this when the status bar says "CusomWordsCollection".

    I've cleared this database and tried again but it errors again, same point.

    Does anyone know what database comes next or can shed any light on what's gone wrong? Is there a log file somewhere that might indicate what the problem is?

    In Desktop Manager > Backup and Restore > Advanced > clear the browser cache.

    you could also go to brower on your phone and goo to BB button [7Dots] and click browser cache and clear all that stuff also

    sometimes clearing the cache on the phone does not correct the problem, while clearing it using DM does fix the problem.
