I just attempted backing up my Storm and it isn't even starting now. I keep getting a "There was a communication error between the Device and the Desktop Manager" I already cleared my cache and I'm really confused.
It seems as if it is having trouble becoming a storage device because it asks me if it is ok to switch it. I say yes and then the screen on my storm changes back to my clock until it fails on the computer.
