    so asurion sent me a new storm today because my old one had water damage and there's no download center on it. is that a mess up? i can't find backup assistant anywhere so idk how to transfer my contacts.. pleasee help i need my contacts asap.

    Do you have a backup? A file somewhere on your PC of file type ipd? If you do, run Desktop Manager and restore that backup. That's all you have to do.
