I've already backed up my OS on my labtop, now that i'm trying to back up on my PC i get an error message : "error in backing up databases"....anyone know what's going on???

Try clearing the browser cache and try again. If that doesn't work, make sure that they are cleared by using the advanced option under backup and deleting the browser cache database.

If you watch while its backing up and notice where the error comes up, you'll be able to see what needs to be corrected
