Anybody notice that auto dim does not work in landscape? When in portrait the screen dims but if I rotate it it gets bright and will not adjust. Don't know if this is a bug or something wrong with my phone.

I have the same problem.

Also, my screen will dim and brighten for no apparent reason. I REALLY notice this when I am reading a book on the device. The screen will suddenly get bright and then settle back down after a few minutes. It is really hard on the eyes.

Anyone have anthing to try? I have set auto-dim to off for now but would really like it to work.

Same here...but not a problem for me. I would guess this will be fixed with later software upgrades.

switching from portrait to landscape, mine used to get bright. But with .85 it has seemed to have been fixed.
