First off, I have a 4.7 Desktop Manager, and 4.7.0.148 os. I can't find the first file (C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\ResearchInMotion\Shar ed\Loader Files\OS version\Java). So I can't continue to fix the internet on my Storm because the file isn't there. I have the ATT service books, and the USB cord. I just don't know how to get my internet to work.

I downloaded it from Verizon's website.

double click on the exe and install it onto the pc
