    With all these things i see saying the storm supports assisted and standard GPS. i thought aGPS was what held me back from using GPS without vznav on my curve.

    Does the fact that storm also included "standard GPS" mean that i will be able to use the GPS through 3rd party apps wtihout paying for vznav?

    from what has been talked about on the forums, i think you will be able to use Google Maps and Blackberry Maps without having to subscribe to VZNav, but i don't think that it will automatically locate you on the map itself.

    i would be surprised if verizon let us all have a whack at any type of GPS without extra $$ but ****, hope goes on
