When I download apps, the app always prompts me for permission to access phone as well as set as a trusted app. Should I accept or deny ???? The app still seems to work if i deny. I am a newb so any info will be appreciated

I always give permission, which probably means Homeland Security is listening! Wait, nevermind...Bush is gone!!

i always just hit allow, hasn't done any harm....yet
