PocketMac worked for me. It took a few tries but it finally worked perfectly. Just follow these instructions:

I use google sync. You can import and export contacts pretty easily with Mac mail and then google syncs wirelessly. Best invention ever. With that added to the drag and drop into the blackberry media folders I haven't had to use pocket sync once. If you don't use gmail you can just make a silly adderess for free and use it just for syncing contacts. Hope that helps .
