Doesn't the Iphone come with their own VVM standard in the data package? I think its just Verizon being cheap and trying to nickle and dime their customers yet again...

while i agree vzw is being cheap and it should be free, the fact of the matter is it tells you it costs 3 bucks a month before you install. also there are many free VVM services like youmail.com

Yeah VVM is nice and all but it should be standard. I mean come on, with the state of modern cell phones now adays you shouldnt have to call a number and listen to some annoying lady just to hear a voice message. I am paying for it but i think i may drop it soon and just go with youmail. plus youmail has many many more features than this.

Mine was pre-installed. Uninstalled it right away when I learned it was $ (in the store still). If there's even a 5 cent charge I'm gonna be a mad panda

lol no. I mean if they auto-charged me on a pre-installed app i never signed up for i'd be mad. If it were 5 cents a month I'd have it ;-p

I would pay .05 a month for it. BUT 2.99 is kinda steep, it's cool, but I can live with regular voicemail for free.

isn't the new iphone plans for their 3G phone more expensive? so it would make sense that it comes comp with the VVM...I could be wrong of course ha
