I know this is discussed to death, but I can't help sharing this with my crackberry fellas.

I just received my 1st replacement phone this morning - PRD-19502-002 Canada 1 - same as my original, but let me just say, for those of you who are "settling" with the click fixes, reboots, etc... don't. Get it replaced if you have these issues.

This replacement's screen is springy, clicky and all the above exactly the way it was intended to be.

Thanks RIM and VZW for getting me a replacement that's better than the original!!
