I checked the forums to see if anyone has been having this problem most are pretty old and not relevant to my OS so any help would be much appreciated.
My alarm goes off but no sound no virbartions. After the first snooze it seems to work second snooze nothing.
I never had any issue with the alarm on .151. Still working on .230. The only trouble I have is actually getting out of the bed when the phone tells me to.

I have a similar issue - wake up alarm & calendar alarms don't work any more. I have a bb 8310, o/s 4.5.0.187, platform 2.7.0.109. Started out being temperamental, then stopped all together. I've checked & rechecked all settings... The notifications come up on screen, but no alarm sounds. Someone suggested a complete wipe, but wanting to hear of other options before doing this.
If you reckon a wipe is all I can do, can you tell me how please? Also need to make sure I've backed up all info including contacts on SIM & calendar events.
