    Whenever I use the alarm clock the alarm goes off and then when I go to press snooze or turn it off the screen wont work. You can't push anything on the screen or anything on the phone. So I have to take out the battery and let it reboot.

    Any thoughts?

    are you using the oringinal charger or 3rd party? I had issues when i used a 3rd party charger.

    Hi! I'm having the exact same problem, for the last week or so, the alarm goes off, it freezes (thankfully, I can turn it off) & then I have to take out the battery to make it usable again.

    I am using the original charger, so that's not the issue with mine. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there an upgrade available?!

    i am too but only since i updated to 5.0. itll say play wait forever when i try and turn off the alarm. i think imma stop at verizon today and make them gimmie a 9550=)

    thank god some of you are also having the same problem I am!
    This is exactly whats happening to me with the bold 9900, to the extent I'm not using the alarm anymore!
    Did anyone ever find a fix?
