After .75 Update - Custom Ringtones Still Play Through Vibrate Setting

I posted this in the .75 sticky thread, but just so you know, the update did not cure the problem of custom ringtones playing while the phone is in Vibrate Mode. If you have assigned a custom ringtone to a number, it will play the song rather than vibrate.

I'm sure this will lead to many hilarious situations during future Court Proceedings and Congressional Bail Out Hearings.
