I just had a nice time trying to get a tour for my storm. They would not, either at the store, or over the phone with corporate, let me trade in my broken storm for a tour. Apparently since the tour is a little bit more expensive now, and it is so new, they wont let you replace one for the other. Your only hope is if you can get them to let you upgrade early. I used my dads upgrade to pull it off, but that is the only way they would let me do it.
