Anyone know why my blackberry wont let me creat a new folder ?

It lets me fill all the information out, but when I highlight "add" and try to click it nothing happens. Anyone know what the problem could be ?

yea this has happened to me a lot of times, a battery pull fixed it. Not sure why that would happen in the first place.

That happened to me when I added a new theme, I must have had to many icons or folders on the home screen because once I deleted one, I was able to create one

If you put the phone in landscape mode, you'll be able to click add. This is a known issue.

I also can get it to work if I click that area "around" the add button it will work, just keep pressing. It's like the focus for the button is off a little.
