    I went to online site to activate it, after i was done that, it said call *228, did that, automatic machine said it failed....... Now My new phone isnt activated, and my old fun is deactivated, i have nothing to call anyone on or to get this activated, what do i do?

    Go back to VZW online and open a chat with CS. They may have you do a manual program, but they can walk you through it easy enough. That's what I had to do.

    Try to activate again online. If that doesn't work call customer service at 800-922-0204.

    I had the same issue. I had to call in to have it activated. Not a big deal, takes less than 5 minutes.

    Yeah, if you are able to call that's the way to go, but I understood the OP had no way to call. If that's the case then online chat will work.

    got it activated, but now i dont have a browser... says i dont have books or something.... maybe because im not coming for a blackberry plan, think i got to call them back
